For instance if you consume protein on a daily basis after your workout training then you will greatly enhance the size of your muscles because protein is what your body needs after intense physical workout. So with these tips you should be able to utilize the squat exercise some momentum by way protein supplements after your training workouts. If you follow these instructions then you will know that having increasing your vertical leap.
